nakakatamad kasi ehhhhhhh!!!

I'm feeling really good today. Giddy to be exact.
I can't say why because I don't want to jinx it.
But if all goes well... EEEEE!!!

Today I got a break from my blasted duties to attend our school's Fashion Show. Thanks to kilay_kirot. I'm so glad I came. The show itself was better than what I anticipated. It was a somewhat polished show (aside from a few hiccups, models crowding the runway, yikes!), they got really cool judges, and they brought in sponsors (make up by shu uemura). Go school! But the highlight for me was when my friend's works were modeled down the runway. Suppa cool. They hired professional models so their part was the best out of all the came out. And the different interpretations of the traditional terno pattern really stood out. No bias really.

Of course I feel bad that I didn't get to be a part of it but oddly enough I never felt that I was left out. I was giving support to them and they were doing the same for me. :)

Friends are great.

I am disappointed that I wouldn't be able to join this year's fashion show. Bummer. I'm pissed because I'm halfway done with my terno and its already looking pretty cute. And to my (and my teacher's) surprise it was well made. There aren't any pulling or bunching at the corners which was something my teacher said could happen but it was neat and flat. Damn. I'm pretty sure what I made was unique and would look different as a terno. Plus all of my friends will be there with their own creation! Man. It will be so much fun. And I will be missing it! Maybe if the show isn't next week I'd still (by major cramming) be able to join but the fitting is already this Saturday. Sayang ang lapit. I'd still come to the show, as our teacher said "para kumpleto tayo", and to support everyone there. I still wish I could be a participant.

I'd still finish my project so it can be graded and if we have another show next year it would be included. Sayang eh. Model size sya so di sya kasya saken. AS IN pang 5"8 yung length. HELLO! Dude, sayang. It would have been so much fun. My terno was supposed to be shown towards the end with the one my friend made. AHHHH!!! Inis!

They plan to eat out sometime after the show. I don't know if its right after or some other day but I would come to that too. It would be a great pick me up.

Nalimas kasi eh. Most of them drowned. So sad. *sigh* (nanghihinayang)
It didn't even cross my mind to grab 1 tool case while I grabbed the box of nail polish. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

So now shallow-girlie side would check out Sephora and drool over the pretty sets.

So how have you been?

Today is my semi-rest day. I've been cleaning for a week and a half now and still my room is not even half way done. So much stuff was submerged in filthy mud and I've been trying to get them clean and usable again. Some of my stuff needs to get thrown away because they can not be saved (like my Sephora blockbuster palette huhuhu). Others I will keep in a ziplock bag because of sentimental reasons. I'll talk about Ondoy on my next post as for now I'll collapse.

I need a pick me up.

Trappy has been back for a couple of days now. He came home the day after I posted about him missing. The very next morning we could hear him calling for food. He looked absolutely miserable. He was thin, wounded and smelled funky. I guess he wondered off somewhere and couldn't get back because of the heavy rains. I also think he survived by drinking water. he missed his humans and the house. He's been asking to come in but we can't let him. he's been getting more pats now but I think he wants to sleep indoors more than anything else.
I'm glad Trappy is back home.
He's ok now. He fattened up and I hope he doesn't venture off anytime soon.

Trappy hasn't come home since last week.
I miss our cat and I want him to come home.
He's not so brave
gets beaten up easily
and he doesn't eat garbage.
Well I guess now he does...
I want our cat to come home safe and sound.
His cat food is waiting for him...
as well as his very worried owners.
